Most verified catches at the spot holds it
Catches logged near a spot count toward the crown for that spot. Whoever has the most holds it, the title updates as new catches land, and the crown carries the angler title you picked for yourself.
- Counted per spot, based on verified catches inside the spot radius
- Live, so the crown changes hands the moment somebody passes you
- Your title rides along, for example Dock Boss of Juno Pier
- Per spot leaderboards so you can see exactly how far behind you are

Pick the title you want to be known by
Eighteen angler titles
Kingfish, Big Tuna, Captain, Dock Boss, Top Rod, Harbor Master, Reef King, Tide Walker, Fish Whisperer, Salty Dog, Reel Queen, Dock Diva, Rod Goddess and Bass Babe are yours to pick. Four more have to be earned. Whichever you wear follows you everywhere you rank.
Four you have to earn
High Hook unlocks when you claim your first crown. Hot Hand needs a catch three days running. The Regular means fishing the same water in four different weeks. Local Legend takes a hundred catches on one water, and almost nobody has it.
Trophy case
First Crown, Crown Defender, Slam Champion and more, displayed on your profile with a clear marker for the ones you still hold.
Defend it
Holding a crown is not permanent. Somebody who fishes your water harder will take it, and you will get a notification when they do.
About crowns
It does not expire on a timer. It moves when somebody else has more verified catches at that spot than you do.
Crowns attach to spots that already exist as named places in the app, like a pier or an inlet. Your individual catch locations still follow the per catch privacy setting you chose.
